PARKing & ROAD INFORMATION
PARKING: The limited parking area close to the Silverleaf POA Gate is designated primarily for working full time residents and then for SHORT TERM EMERGENCY ONLY ( 24 HOUR MAXIMUM).
Please make sure to park as close to the edge to prevent impeding the flow of traffic on the roadway.
DO NOT BLOCK THE GATES OR ANY DRIVEWAY within the Silverleaf Community. Violators will be towed at owner's expens
ROAD RULES: Roadways are narrow in certain areas and must be kept clear at all times. Parking on the roadways is PROHIBITED.
Any stranded vehicle MUST be removed within 24 hours or will be at risk of being towed at the owner's expense.

ROAD ETTIQUETTE: When two vehicles traveling in opposite directions meet on any road throughout the Silverleaf community, the downhill facing driver must yield to the uphill facing driver as the downhill facing driver generally has better control of the vehicle when reversing uphill. ROAD & CULVERT MAINTENANCE: Aside from snow, rain takes a toll on the gravel roads of the Silverleaf community. We work diligently throughout the year to maintain the integrity of all the roads throughout the community by grading the roads and keeping the ditches and culverts clear.
Driveway culverts are the responsibility of homeowners. We kindly request all homeowners to be cognizant of keeping
ONGOING ROAD IMPROVEMENTS: Routine maintenance/repair on all roads and drainage/culvert areas throughout the Silverleaf community is a top priority. On occasion, mounds of gravel are strategically placed along the roadside to be dispersed in areas that need the most repair.
